【摘要】 目的：研究宫颈液基细胞学与HPV检测在宫颈低级别上皮内病变中的相关性。方法：所有患者均接受宫颈液基细胞学和HPV检测，分析检测结果。结果：采取宫颈液基细胞学与HPV联合检测LSIL和HSIL分别为2.29%和0.57%，宫颈液基细胞学检测LSIL和HSIL分别为0.486%和0.29%。结论：HPV检测在宫颈低级别上皮内病变检测中能够取得更好地检测效果，采取宫颈液基细胞学与HPV联合检测能够提升宫颈病变筛查的准确率。
