【摘 要】目的：考察温针灸治疗老年性膝骨关节病的临床效果。方法：将74例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各37例，对照组行单纯针刺治疗，治疗组采用温针灸进行治疗。结果：治疗2周后治疗组HSS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)，治疗后治疗组与对照组的复发率分别为5.4%与24.3%，组间比较有统计学意义(χ2=17.526，P=0.000)。结论：温针灸治疗老年性膝骨关节病的效果，值得推广应用。
