【摘要】 目的：探讨老年高血压患者早期肾损害与血压晨峰的关系。方法：应用24 h动态血压监测将被研究的老年高血压患者分成晨峰组和非晨峰组，然后统计上述两组患者与肾功能损害(早期损害指标：mAlb、血尿β2-MG、CysC、UA)的关系。结果：老年高血压晨峰现象组早期肾功能损害较非晨峰现象组严重，老年高血压晨峰现象组血尿β2-MG、血清CysC、24 h尿mAlb的浓度均明显比非晨峰现象组高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：老年高血压患者早期肾损伤与高血压晨峰现象有密切关系。提示尽可能对老年高血压患者应用动态血压检测来提高高血压晨峰现象的诊断率，选择作用持续24 h的长效降压药，有效抑制晨峰现象，对减少靶器官损害至关重要。
