水蛭蜈蚣栓经微波直肠给药治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床研究(1)
【摘要】 目的：研究水蛭蜈蚣栓经微波治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床效果。方法：选取80例慢性前列腺炎患者，随机将其分为对照组与观察组，对照组患者进行纳米银邦列安栓治疗，1支/d，15 d为1个疗程。观察组进行水蛭蜈蚣栓经微波直肠给药治疗，对比两组的治疗效果，并且对两组疗效进行评定。结果：对照组患者治愈8例，显效10例，有效15例，无效7例，治疗总有效率为82.5%；观察组患者治愈15例，显效18例，有效5例，无效2例，治愈总有效率为95.0%。两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：水蛭蜈蚣栓经微波直肠给药治疗对慢性前列腺炎的治疗效果良好，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical effect of Leech Centipede Suppository in the treatment of chronic prostatitis by microwave heating.Method：80 cases of patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into two groups，namely the control group and observation group.Control group was treated with Nano Silver Bangliean Suppository，1 pill daily，15 days for 1 course.The observation group was treated with centipede leech suppository.The treatment effects of two groups were compared and assessed.Result：In the control group，8 cases were cured，10 cases markedly effective，15 cases effective，7 cases invalid，the total effective rate was 82.5%.In the observation group，15 cases were cured，18 cases markedly effective，5 cases effective，2 cases invalid，the total effective rate was 95.0%.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion：Treatment effect of Centipede Leech Suppository plus rectal administration of microwave treatment on chronic prostatitis is good，worthy of clinical application.

慢性前列腺炎是男性泌尿科中的常見疾病，发病率较高，据统计，城市医院中慢性前列腺炎占据泌尿外科就诊男性患者人数的25%～30%，病因及发病机制目前并不明确。慢性前列腺炎处于中医学的“精浊”“白浊”范畴，临床表现为排尿异常、腰部疼痛不适等症状[1]。由于抗生素难以通过前列腺上类质膜屏障，所以抗生素在慢性前列腺炎的治疗中没有理想的效果。水蛭蜈蚣栓经微波治疗慢性前列腺炎效果良好，现进行以下报道。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料

选取80例慢性前列腺炎患者，患者具有不同程度的尿频、尿急、尿不尽等症状，还伴随会阴、阴茎、下腹及睾丸不适、疼痛等现象，经过尿常规检查、肛查、病菌检查及前列腺液常规检查，通过B超确诊，排除前列腺增生、尿道狭窄及精神病。将80例前列腺患者随机分为两组，分别为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组患者年龄18～65岁，其中慢性细菌性前列腺炎20例，非细菌性前列腺炎18例，前列腺痛2例；原发病程10年以上16例，5～10年20例，5年以下4例。观察组患者年龄19～62岁，其中慢性细菌性前列腺炎22例，非细菌性前列腺炎15例，前列腺痛3例；原发病程10年以上14例，5～10年19例，5年以下7例。两组患者年龄、疾病种类、病程等一般资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，有可比性。
1.2 方法
对照组患者给予纳米银邦列安肛塞治疗，1支/d[2]。观察组患者给予水蛭蜈蚣栓治疗，具体方法为：蛇舌草50 g，夏枯草25 g，王不留行25 g，莪术15 g，穿山甲15 g，蜈蚣4条，水蛭5 g，败酱草50 g，乌药20 g，干草10 g，官桂15 g，生煎进行微波直肠给药治疗，每天2次。, 百拇医药(曾柏禧 魏庆芳 曾炜妃)
