【摘要】 随着医学高等院校在教学管理模式上实行学分制的改革， 学生档案的管理必然要发生很大的变化。本文先分析实行学分制的教学管理的特点， 从而阐述建设与之相适应的学生档案管理的重要性。

    【Abstract】 With the deepening of the teaching reform in Medical school， the credit system has become a major pattern of teaching management. It tends to perform the new student’s file management. This paper analyses the characteristics of the teaching management in the credit system， and discusses the importance of set up its adaptive student’s file management.
