【摘要】 目的 探讨神经节苷脂治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效。方法 对23例缺氧缺血性脑病患儿随机分为两组,在常规三项支持及三项对症的基础上治疗组用GM1治疗,对照组加用胞二磷胆碱治疗,观察患儿意识、原始反射、肌张力的恢复时间及新生儿神经行为评分以观察药物疗效。结果 治疗组临床症状及体征的恢复及新生儿神经行为评分均优于对照组。结论 神经苷脂治疗缺氧缺血性脑病有明显疗效。
