mircoRNA—155表达量、CD4+ T细胞水平与幼儿湿疹的相关性分析(1)

     [摘要]目的:探討外周血中mircoRNA-155表达量、CD4+ T细胞水平与幼儿湿疹的关系。方法:选取2016年1月-2016年12月笔者科室诊治的120例湿疹患儿作为病例组,另选取同期60例健康幼儿作为对照组,对比两组外周血中mircoRNA-155表达量、CD4+ T细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平,并探讨其关系。结果:病例组患儿的嗜酸性粒细胞、血清IgE、Treg、Th2及Th17水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例组患儿的Th1/Th2水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。慢性期、亚急性期、急性期患儿的嗜酸性粒细胞、血清IgE、Treg、Th2及Th17水平呈现逐渐升高的趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。慢性期、亚急性期、急性期患儿Th1/Th2呈现逐渐降低的趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。湿疹患儿Treg、Th2、Th17水平与嗜酸性粒细胞、IgE水平呈显著性正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);湿疹患儿Th1/Th2水平与嗜酸性粒细胞、IgE水平呈显著性负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:湿疹幼儿外周血中Th1/2细胞失衡与患儿病情变化具有相关性,mircoRNA-155表达变化不明显。

    Analysis of Correlation between MircoRNA-155 Expression, CD4+ T Cell Level and Eczema in Children

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of mircoRNA-155, CD4+ T cells and childhood eczema in peripheral blood. Methods 120 cases of eczema treated by the author's department from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the case group. Another 60 healthy children were selected as the control group. The levels of mircoRNA-155, CD4+ T cells, eosinophils, and serum immunoglobulin E (IgE) levels in the peripheral blood of the two groups were compared, and the relationship was explored. Results The levels of eosinophil、serum IgE、Treg, Th2 and Th17 in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The level of Th1/Th2 in case group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of eosinophils、serum IgE、Treg, Th2 and Th17 in children with chronic, subacute and acute diseases were gradually increasing(P<0.05). In chronic phase, subacute stage and acute stage, Th1/Th2 tended to decrease gradually. The levels of Treg, Th2 and Th17 in children with eczema were significantly positively correlated with eosinophils and IgE levels(P<0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between Th1/Th2 level and eosinophils and IgE levels in children with eczema(P<0.05). Conclusion The imbalance of Th1/2 cells in the peripheral blood of eczema infants was associated with the changes in children's condition, and the expression of mircoRNA-155 was not significantly changed., http://www.100md.com(付雪梅 刘秀玲 刘怀奇)
