摘要：目的分析我院实施电子病历管理的实践经验，总结相关应用体会，为电子病历的进一步发展提供借鉴；方法以我院实施电子病历系统为出发点，结合电子病历本身特点，进行经验总结和系统分析；结论实施电子病历管理提高医务人员工作效率、及时率和准确率，同时还面临很多问题；结果通过总结和分析我院电子病历管理的实践和应用体会，总结存在问题，同时提出相应改进建议和对策，对电子病历下一步的改进和完善提供借鉴。

    Practical Application and Experience of Our Hospital Electronic Medical Records Management

    Abstract：ObjectiveAnalyze the experience in the management of the implementation of electronic medical records in our hospital,summarizes the related experience,to provide the reference for the further development of electronic medical record.Methods To implement electronic medical records system in our hospital as a starting point,combined with the characteristics of the electronic medical record itself,summarize experiences and systems analysis.ResultsImplementation of electronic medical records management to improve the efficiency of the medical staff,timely and precision, while also facing a lot of problems.ConclusionBy summarizing and analyzing practice and hospital electronic medical records application experience management, summarize problems,and puts forward suggestions for improvements and countermeasures,electronic medical records to improve and perfect the next step to provide reference. ......
